[INFO] EXADATA, ODA 의 유지 보수 기간 과 5년이 넘을 경우 (Surcharge)

오라클 Hardware의 유지보수 서비스 계약 을 맺을 수 있는 기간에 대한 공식적인 문서를 찾아 봤습니다.

MOS 와 Oracle.com 에 아래와 같이 나와 있습니다.

이를 요약하면 다음과 같습니다.

1. 5년이 넘을 경우 파트 교체의 프로그램이 늦어진다.

2. 서버 모델별로 EOL 기간이 있다.

3. 유지보수 기간이 넘을 경우  추가적인 비용(Surcharge)이 발생한다.

*.일반적으로 알려진 오라클 영업대표로 부터 통보 받는 H/W Surcharge 관련(15% 추가 부과)

– 매년 13%에서 물가상승률을 고려하여 13%의 3%를 더 부과하여 매년 갱신하게 됩니다.

[13% + (13%의 3%)]

– Surcharge 가 붙는 5년이 지난 후 부터 13%의 3%는 기본이고 13%의 3%의 15%를 더 부과하게 됩니다.

[13% + (13% 의 3%) + (13% 의 3%의 15%)]

고객 간, 구매 년도 일자 별로  구매 가격과 할인율이 차이가 있으므로 이 부분은 정확히 공식 발표 되지 않고 있습니다.

정확한 가격 인상 비용 계산은 고객이 구매 당시 싸인 하는 계약서에 적혀 있습니다.

*.별도로 Database Software 의 P/S 유지보수는 22% 입니다.

ORACLE Hardware Server 에 대한 유지보수 금액이 Uplift 된다는 것 과 Delay 된다는 것 www.oracle.com 에 아래와 같이 나와 있습니다.

Sustaining Support for Systems Pricing:

If Sustaining Support for Systems support is available for Authorized User’s hardware system(s), there is no uplift in price from Oracle Premier Support for Systems renewal pricing outlined in Section 1.
